i dont know if any of you remember my post...i was wrongfully accused for street racing with a r32 volks.

i never race on the street, only at the track and was very worried about this charge because of my probation from the dmv.

anyway, i retained a lawyer. the police wouldn't give up the tape...said they never had one, i knew 100% otherwise from some friends

day of court i had two supeonied (sp?) witnesses on there way and about an hour before i had to be there my lawyer called and told me to come down.

to make a long story short...on the record the prosecutor recommended the street racing charge and failure to inspect both be dropped for "our sake" as he said...very intersting

from what ive heard, the cop got in trouble with the captain and has given me dirty looks ever since..

sorry for the long post just wanted to give you guys the final scenario of that sneaky mother's dirty scheme that ended with justice prevailing!

Damn.. that ****** angers me man when cops profile us and pulls us over when we get pulled over for someone elses mistake.

But even still- You have a video i presume? There is all your evidence right there.

for those who asked:

i twas about a week before christmas and my birthday and i was supposed to get out of work at 6:30. my boss asked me if its chill if i stayed till 8 and i had nothing to do and was in need of some extra hours so i stayed. i went out of town to see my boy for about a half hour and got back around 8:30. i pulled into the local chill spot and was just chilling talking with some of my friends. they left and i moved over to the other side of the parking lot...so now ive been parked for a bout 25 minutes. as im getting out of my car a cop sirens blazing is pulling over some kid in a r32 volks into the parking lot. i get out of my car and naturally turn around to see whats going on and the cops like "get back in the car, ill deal with you in a second"....so from my own experience best thing to do with cops is just do what they say.
he comes over and is like "whats going on" im like "chilling...can i help you?" he goes "yea you want to tell me why you were racing that kid going 80+ on my street?" now it was around 900 when all of this went down, the street is somehwat of the "main street" in my town...its impossible to even get over 50. im like "i wasnt..what the **** are you talking about" i got really pissed gave him my info. he wa about to tow my car etc i mentioned that im goign to call my lawyer and he backed off, or so i thought. he gave me speed contest, failure to inspect, and some other bogus ticket all for something i had no part in. the ************ even saw my cf hood and was like "ohhhhh" he touched it and hes like "wow that things hot you were racing"....i say "carbon fiber actually is heat resistant, but if my car is idling for 25 minutes like i said, its not goign to be cold to the touch"

well after about 2 months of bullshit, and some friends in the police department snooping, i found out this cop is just a total jackass..t.he kind of guy that got picked on all through highschool and now is a cop so he can get revenge...what a flamer

they found the tape, and there was somethign on it along the lines of one of the cops saying "i dont think it was him" and him saying "it doesnt matter"...and also the kid in the r32 saying "it wasnt him"...on police audio

thats the full story, so i couldnt find the thread, i think it may have been deleted? anyway, thanks all for the kind words. and just be careful....cops can and will do whatever they want....all i know is if i didnt get a lawyer, i would have no license yet again

lmao its funny i heard he got in trouble and got traffic duty or some thing....dont know if its true...but it definently pays off to be friendly with the NICE cops...the cop who arrested me like two years ago says whats going on now and ****...theyre not our enemies....if we provoke em they will **** us....and if theyre just born with a small woohoo they want to screw us over too
