Default Flywheel?

I have searched around for flywheel and came to a conclusion that a lightened flywheel is a good modification. I wanna know how much time a flywheel shaved off the quarter mile based on people's experiences (different cars and mods, and different flywheel weight)

I just got a CM 7.5lb flywheel and I definitely agree with the above statement. It's a good mod to do and makes the car more fun to drive.
