which ecu do i have
obd2 wasnt on integras until 96. so yes you have "obd1" if you have on board diagnostics at all.
edit: PR2 is just the model of your ECU...other integras/civics from other years have other "P" model ECU's

i dont know what a obd1 ECU chip will do for an obd0 ecu, but
i do know what happens when the obd0 chip does in obd1 ecu..
check engine light comes on, and, you cant rev past 3300 rpm. it just bounces there.
90-91 integras are obd0, 92-95 integras are obd1
both are PR4 ecu (90-93) so dont be fooled by the PR4.
