Default Results from the track! (1/4 mile)

Well..it was an awsome night!!! Im so stoked!
Night started out with high 13s..and with more and more practice the times dropped like a rock!

The best run of the night was:

60': 2.165
330': 5.770
1/8: 8.680 @ 85.253

1/4: 13.318 @ 106.391

Weight w/driver: ~2500 lbs
Tires: 205/40-16 Yoko AVID - 340 treadwear

Elevation: 1250 FT
Temp: 48 degrees

the goal for the night was 13.399 or better and that was met and beat! The 13.31 pass was backed with two passes at 13.35

Do I see 12s on slicks

I'm kinda tired of the seeing the same post in 3+ boards. Isn't this the ITR board. I don't even see an ITR motor. I don't even see an INTEGRA. try HERE

Imho, the hx guy has always contributed valuable information.....

hx for keeping us in the know on what is possible with specific whp and tq outputs. I don't care if it is an hx, eventually this setup will find it's way into many other chassis' - including itr's.

If you dont like it, dont read it...simple enough.

I know my car isnt an ITR, but I know alot of people are intrested in the motor setup I have, including ITR drivers. I see alot of B20VTECs done with ITR heads.
And anyway..I have ITr cams and a ITR manifold..so it sorta belongs

I think TypeC is just hating.

Haha...yea a hatch is already on my mind...but Ill have to see. Its kinda fun doing it in a Coupe...ya know?

On a funny side note...I almost my pants last night. My friend was racing the car and he calls me on the cell and says "come out to your car now!" and hangs up!
I start heading that way and I see the hood popped and him looking under! Im thinking OH SH*T! There was a high pitched screatching noise coming from some where. We looked around and it ended up that the A/C tensioner pulley was loose and making the noise! Wheew!

Wow, awesome runs Just one question though, how did you remove all that weight from the car? I though Civic coupes were in the 2700lb range? I could be wrong though Awesome runs none the less.

The HX Coupes are pretty light. 2360 LBS from the factory I believe. Add the B Series motor, take away the seats and it kinda balances out
The car is around 2350 with no driver. Full panels, carpet (tar) and everything...just the passanger and rear seats removed.

Actually I need to weigh my car. I have only weighed it once..and it was 2366 LBS w/ no passanger/bakc seats. I cant rememeber if that was with the stock engine or the B20 in there though. Also my rims weigh 28 LBS less now (combined)..Ill look into weighing it soon.
