what are the best cam gears for ctr cams on a b16 head? and what should be the best settings for it w/o tunned...

To answer your question: ST Corsa cam gears are my favorite. Different strokes for different folks. So what are YOUR favorite? The first thing that comes to mind... go buy those.

 

I think the only difference between cam gears is how they bolt on. I'd go w/ skunk

I dont know about the settings but I would guess if you already have the cams in just leave the cam gears at the stock setting until you get them (camshafts) tuned.
