I have written this up many times.
THESE ARE THE STUFFS YOU MUST NEED!.
*98+ front bumper (don't know what ppl are talking about when they say lens support, If they were talking about the round circle metal plate to seat the lens, they come with the bumper itself, otherwise you don't need them)
*98+ bumper lenses
*98+ front bumper styrofoam absorber(94-97 ones don't fit right, they move around, they are smaller than the 98-01 ones. If you have a 98+ front bumper and a 94-97 front bumper styrofoam absorber, your bumper is going to crack/dent if some jackass back into your bumper)
*98+ headlights
*96+ side mirrors
*98+ rear tail lights
*98+ wheels GSR
This is only for exterior.
AS for the interior, there's a lot more to be changed.

The bumper lense support is what holds the inside part of the bumper lense to the bumper (opposite to where the screw is). Without it, the only thing holding down the bumper lense support is the small screw on the side and itll be basically dangling there off that one screw.

BTW: I did the complete converion in Dec of 97 and forgot all about the mirrors!

yeah, they are the round metal pieces at the opposite ends of the side that need to be screwed in. I was saying that you don't need to get them separately, they come with the bumper.
