my car was egged a couple years ago... left i a bit of stain, the paint didnt peel off or anything, but it just looks like the residue is still on there. its on the drivers side rear quarter panel, i was wondering if a paint shop could just repaint that one part.. or if there is anything else that could be done to fix it?

 

the panel can be repainted fairly inexpensively. You cant really do much more besides repaint it. Chances are some of the shell made like 100 very small scratches in your paint taht will eventually start to flake or get larger.
