i have a 93 dx with a b18a and my wheels are like HELLA touchin my fender right now..when im driving its like not in the center of the fender and door here is a simple getto pic

corner light ] O[<----door the wheel is like that exactly...do u think it might be the fork that reversd around like driver side fork on passenger and passenger on driver that will cause this to happen or what you think it might be? can the driver side and the passenger side forks fit on the wrong sides?
