Hey everyone,
I am currently building a d16y7 and am having trouble finding cams for it. i was wondering if cams for a d16a6 will work of if cams from any other motor will work for me. the only cams i cam find are gude cams but they are kind of hard to get a hold of. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Swap a y8 or z6 head onto it along with a si or ex tranny and build that up. There are more cams for the y8 and you also get vtec

 

How hard is the mini me swap and about how much is it gonna cost opposed?

 

It's not that hard. I did the swap. It costed me around $500 total including everything but the tranny which i've yet to buy.
