Default Comparing gains from H22a type-s cams to crower stage 2

Hi everyone, I am recently in the middle of a purchase for an H22a that has type-s pistons and type-s cams. Other mods with it and I am curious if I should just consider changing out the type-s cams for Crower stage 2 cams. Please give your opinion and suggestions. Thank you

Other mods included are : high compression flat bottom valves, skunk2 springs/retainers, head p/p, manifold p/p, and 450cc injectors.

I had type-s cams and pistons in my old H22 and I made 200+whp. IMO the type-S cams are good enough for daily driver that will see a lot of miles. Crowers are more agressive but not that different. It is all in the tuning.

i love my type-s cams........crowers-2s are ok but people are getting same numbers on them as type-s cams plus i see stories of people breking them left and right. if you really want to see a difference and make good power stay with jun... , but for daily driving type-s hands down

Most likely, So you are going with stage 2 cams and no compression boost? I would consider just doing type-s pistons with type-s cams.

It does have type-s pistons and type-s cams with flat bottom valves, but I want a more aggressive cam than type-s and which would give good gains. And I was told the other day getting a quote on JUN type3s, that they brake. Is this true, if so I am just sticking with type-s cams for now.
