Bushing replacement
I recently got an energy suspension kit for my 91 crux i am having trouble finding a "how to" on installing it, rather than winging it id like to find a guide, can anyone help me out? thanks
take off your suspension components, put them on a press, press out the old bushings, press in the new ones, and bolt the suspension up to the car
there you go for a guide
actually, when you bolt it up, you wanna have them so theyre not twisted at ride height, think about it, you get the idea.

Excellent write up. When reinstalling the new bushings, you only need the press for the trailing arm bushings.
