Default Twinloop exhaust on CRX/EF ??

I have only seen the Mugen twinloop or twinloop style exhaust on the 88-91 4 dr., but it was coming out from the passenger side. Does anyone have pics of the twinloop coming out from the original location on the drivers side??

Ive never seen any. it is possible but you would have to buy the exuast and hack it up and reroute it or buy the muffler only and get custom piping.

this would be on my car he is talking about

the ef 4door with the exhaust coming ou the passenger side as the rest of the civic(EG,EK, and so on)

well yes custom pipping was needed to be done for it to work(didn't want to hack it)

and u could cut it and route the regular pipping to it and have it out the left side but up to u

Right, this is the car I am talking about that was in HondaTuning I think. Props on a perfect 4dr

In the other pics (mag) it didn't sit that low but it is off the hanger in the pic. I was considering buying the muffler portion alone, which was 16" long, that is about the length of most universal mufflers anyway. My crx also has a lip on teh back bumper which would give me more room to hid it. I was just concerned about the 90 degree bend it would have to take to go around the spare tire dip and make it back to the OE hangers on the passenger side

Both of those exhausts on this thread look decidedly un-clean and kinda nasty....however, if the owner of the Mugen Twin-Looped 4-door was able to hide it more, then it probably looks better.

The pics in the mag appeared as though only the tip would show, which is what I want. I don't want an angled up exhaust or anything like that, had them on my 00' and 96' which looked fine, but I don't like it on the CRX. The mugen exhaust looks clean and simple.

I have a EK mugen twin one on my 88 CRX. it comes out the drivers side. it took some very minor modification to get it on there. best pics I have and they suck:

it looks like it hangs down far...but I haven't scraped once...not even with in on a dolly. It sounds good...but Im just not a big fan of the way it looks anymore. I plan to do something different soon.
