Clutch Fork Bent? Tranny is clicking...
UPDATE!
hmmmmmm, so today i took out my tranny.... i pulled on the flywheel and it comes in and out about 1-2 mm... how bad is that?
I have a 95 H22A with an H23 transmission. i was running an ACT heavy duty pressure plate and 6 puck unsprung clutch.
About a month ago, i started hearing a constant clicking from the tranny as i put slight pressure on the clutch pedal and it got louder as i pushed in more.
I replaced the Throwout bearing... STILL MAKES THE NOISE!
I then replaced the Pressure plate and clutch to OEM... STILL MAKES NOISE!!!@&*!
So now I'm tired of pulling out my tranny (twice) and have read up on some things...
I searched and wondered if my CLUTCH FORK was screwed? i did have the heavy duty pressure plate... so maybe that bent it?
Any help greatly appreciated before i take my car to a shop for $500
here's a picture because i know everyone likes them

Honda released a TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) for the 4th gen ludes and accords trannys because of 5th gear upshift grinding and bent shift forks. Go get the new honda tuning magazine, in it they rebuild an H22 transmission. hope that helps.
wow... i do grind going to 5th... hahaha, but that has nothing to do with my question. i think it is my CLUTCH FORK, not the shift fork.
thanks for the reply sir. LOL, and i thought 5th gear grinding was because i was being dumb

going in my sig cos i desperately need help
oh and another thing... i was thinking...
When i step on the clutch, the idle goes down... could this be because the throwout bearing isnt sitting on the pressure plate correctly?... like it isnt balanced?

I not sure bumbing your thread over and over is helping your cause, but here's something for you to think about: When you push on the clutch, what pushes back? (hint: google for mitsubishi crankwalk)

uhhh... my pressure plate pushes back... i dont think crankwalk has anything to do with my situation.

um ok, and what pushes on the pressure plate? (and btw, your symptoms are nearly identical to mitsubishi crankwalk.)

most common problem I have ever found is, the clutch is not readjusted properly. When you have a stock clutch it is about 900psi, when you out a after martket doul diaphram it is about 2500psi, now when you push down on the clutch you might be over releasing it creating the release bearing to smack. Because with it out of adjustment like that for long, you ruin the release bearing
it happened before i even changed it... it worked fine for about 2000+ miles... then one day i heard clicking... that clutch was on there for more than 2000+ miles btw, i got the engine with the clutch already in it from my friend. when he drove it in his car, nothing was wrong.
if your flywheel can move there are only two things to consider....crankwalk or loose flywheel bolts.....
so dont put crankwalk out of the picture.....
also, if it only happens when you put the pedal down a bit it would suggest that something that wasnt moving before, but is now, is the culprit, aka the release bearing.....
if you used the aftermarket release bearing thats the problem, always get a honda one even if your clutch kit gives you one, the honda one is made a lot more solid....
