According to Tial's website. The small red is .4 bar (5.80 psi).

 

Interested but yea there website says

35mm
0.45 6.35 Small Red

38mm
0.4 5.80 Small Red

 

indeed it does. its for a 38mm so i guess you guys are right, it was such a long time ago i got this but never had the chance to use it. i guess i mixed them up with the one i had and the one i wanted at the time. so yea, small red for 38mm which is 5.8psi. sorry for the confusion.

if you had read the whole thread, and looked at the pic. taken into account that it was not the spring i had posted but read a few posts down you would see that it was not the8.7psi spring.
