what he said a stock fuel rail doesnt become a problem in the fuel delivery system until you are making huge amounts of power or boost
but they are still nice to have

If you're going OEM, I like the extruded 99+ Si fuel rail more than the 00 ITR I bought. It looks like it would be easier to drill and tap than the ITR one.

the best fuel rail is golden eagle... priced at a fairly reasonable price and the inner diameter of the ge is the largest of the honda fuel rails.... the STR, AEM and oterh brands have smaller or same diameter as stock... 
all the are is for looks.. GE will hold twice the volume and also looks good. they have a unique shape to them too
