Im looking to redo my entire suspension setup this spring. I think i already know what kinda suspension im gonna run but im open to suggestions. Im mainly wondering what are some good lower control arms to run. I know companies like SPC make some but they don't make any for EF chasis or the CRX(or at least not to my knowledge). I know you can modify an EG application to work but id rather not go through all the troubles if its not necessary. Ive seen some Megan racing cheapies on EBay but id rather not go the cheap route if you know what i mean. What are you guys running on your EF's? Im looking for specific applications for a CRX but im sure you hatch owners would also enjoy some info.
EDIT: Please also post information reguarding shocks, springs, rear sway-bars, bushings ETC. thanks
im looking to run a setup similar to this:

Here's my rear setup. Function 7 arms. I think I picked them up for like $250.00? shipped from Hybrid Garage when they were still around. I think Function 7 has an EBAY store.
No problems with them. they're light and seem to control movement better. also the're bling'in y0!! LOL
A good bling factor is always good, especially when ef's get left out alot when it comes to aftermarket parts.

I've got JDM ITR rear LCA's on my 89 si hatch.
I just put them on and put in Ohlins Struts for an ITR in.
You just have to use the ITR strut bottoms up front and you can run all ITR suspension.
Or any EG, DC2 suspension... if ITR rear lca's bolt up ...any of those should also.
ITR rear lca's are slightly diffrent than eg or dc2 tho, so use whatever rear LCA's you want.
Only problem is it won't go as low as with stock ef parts.
I'll get pics this weekend when i get a chance.

i run pro-kit with full urethane and S/T sways fr/rr and i couldn`t ask for a better setup. got spc camber kits fr/rr also . if your gonna do it ,do it right the 1st time and get it over with . it took me a whole day to do the bushings but it`s well worth it . i run the softer pro-kit springs because the urethane can make it alot stiffer on bumps . its a good medium with a buttery ride . also you can run EG lower control arms in the rear . they are a little lighter and i had no change in my camber when i put them on .

So do Eg rear Lca's work? I have heard that they work but havn't found any pictures. The main reason I want to use them is for the rear sway bar mounting, I want to know what options there are out there. pics of eg lca's on an ef would be great. I don't mean to highjack but I think this might help out.

Umm, obviously you are, otherwise you'd know better than to waste money on useless junk like this when you could be addressing more important things.

I'll say whatever I want as long as it's within the TOS.
And BTW, my advice is plenty useful - I'm saving you from spending money on stupid ****. If you insist on ignoring me, then that's your problem.

I was just referring to them not offering the lower control arms. I sell the ubj, and EZ arms all the time, just never seen the rear lower control arms from them.
on part numbers, I'm sure that will help someone

useless junk??? Suspension useless...umm ok
Im not even gonna waste my time arguing with you...i have no reason. You've been here since 2002 and I've been here since '03 so im sure we both know bitching at each other wont solve anything, nor am i trying to ruin a thread I started to begin with. The "bling factor" of the LCA's isn't really that important. I started this thread to question whether or not to even buy them. Im more concerned if they actually work and if they function well enough for me to spend the money on them. Im more worried about the overall setup people with EF's are running and that includes: LCAs, bushings, rear sway bars, shocks/springs ETC. If you didn't understand that, allow me to take this time to clarify for you
. So like i said, if you have useful information that can help me and others with my same questions, then feel free. Otherwise don't waste everyones time

Honda ones are heavy im going for the omni coilovers and lower control arms but does this mean i need the eg coilovers to go with the LCA or not.I want the drag setup but they dont have it for the ef sucks but for eg they do.So can i just use these?Anything that helps reduce unsprung weight i #1 in my book

when i put the eg lca on my ef i noticed they felt a little light er .i didn`t weigh them but just comparing hand to hand it felt like they were. they are the exact same length unless the guy that gave them to me lied about them being eg lcas`.
