The OEM one looks to bubbly, The MUGEN one keeps the lines of the soft top so to me it look a lot better. !

Uh....take it from someone who has had all three on his car. The OEM doens't fit any better than either the Mugen FRP or the Mugen CF hardtop. In fact, the OEM one was harder to put on and take off than either of the Mugen hardtops. It was a bit more finicky of having to get both guide pins on the top into the rear guides at or near the same time. The lining made it more difficult to get them both in like that.
I owned the FRP hardtop the longest, but it was dependable, fit like a glove (no water leakage when washing the car, unlike the OEM top), and cushioned road noise just like the OEM top without a lining.
Now the Cf one I have is definitely the best for me. I can put it on and off on my own. Fits better than both previous hardtops, no squeaking, no water leakage, and lightest of them all. The only downfall I have with it is that it's definitely the loudest. I get all the motor and road noise reverberating into the cabin from the hardtop. Nothing a little rubber can't fix though.
The last thing, the larger window in the OEM top does nothing. From the vantage of the rear view mirror, you aren't getting any larger of a viewing frame. The ;02 soft top glass is the necessary size to let the driver see what he/she needs to see from his/her rear view mirror. The OEM window allows in more light, but really is that what's expected from the car? If so, Honda would have made a larger window in the '02+ cars on their soft top.
Wait for the replica if you want a CF hardtop but don't want to pay Mugen or Amuse prices, but then again, look at the fit on the Seibon Mugen-style hood.
