if you want to stay in the budget area, i use a crimestopper alarm. which you can purchase one ebay. it's cheap and reliable. it has the lcd screen so you will know when your alarm is going off or not. this alarm has saved my *** a few time already. but the smart way to do it is, don't put in your led light for the alarm, make them damn theives think you don't have an alarm, and once they barely touch the car, the alarm will go off. the shock sensor on those crimestopper are XXXtra sensative. and if some people are really bout it and willing to sit there and yank out your alarm, just ever night before you go into the house, pull out your main relay for the car or the ecu or the fuse to the ecu. something that will make it harder on the theives.

just an alarm on an integra won't do **** to prevent thieves. Any thief good or bad can disable it in 30 seconds.

Do tell.... I'm curious to hear what you did. I wish I would have caught the people that broke into my car. I agree with what the others said, alarm is one thing but you should layer the security. Of course they can tow it... but the longer it takes to get into your shizz the better chance you have.
