What year and model was the harness made for.. there are slight differences in the wiring.

It was from a 99 Civic Si... the harness is the same... that is what I was told

did the Si come with an immobilizer system? I don't believe that it did... that could be at least one of the wiring differences. Guess you could always track down pinouts of the ECU's and compare I'd probably just get your $$ back and buy the right one...

Yeah, I believe it is the immobilizer thing. I suggest getting your money back and buying a new one. Otherwise, if you can't get your money back, it can be fixed, but better to just get a new one.

You have to jump 4 wires when using a 99 si harness. A16 is the fuel pump relay on a Si, A15 is the teg's. And then 3 immobolizer wires (well, 2 really, 1 is for the indicator lamp)

Not off the top of my head. I can find out though. If I remember to I'll head out during lunch to look at the service manual.
