wouldn't run a cage in a daily driver...but that is my personal opinion.

Why wouldn't you run a cage in a dd? I remember reading back in the kills forum where a guy said that his cage help save his life. The car was basically destroyed, but the cage help the car from being flattened.
because there are about 5% of the wreck you could walk away from ... you wont with a cage... there is a reason there is a helmet worn in a race car... INCASE your head makes contact with a bar. sure door bars would be nice, a main hoop (at least) in a roll over... wrecks on the track and on the street are different
i'm not against roll bars in the car for the street. I waffel on the use of harnesses on the street... but i would never DD a caged car... and NO hidh density padding and that stuff will not save your skull...

SFI padding, 5/6-point harnesses and a helmet are a must when driving a car with a full cage.
