my buddy just got an 88 crx with a b16a swap in it and the cra itself is crashed and rusted out. I need to know what will have to be done to take the swap out of the crx and put it into the 92 civic. What will need to be purchased and he also wants to wire the wiring himself.(he has put a 2000 single cam v-tech into a 90 four door civic before , so he has some wiring experience). Please help me.

 

If it is cable tranny, it will be better to buy a hydro one.

it is a cable tranny and he will want to use it because he has it and he don't have money for another tranny.

you will have to do a conversion. search for "cable or hydro conversion"
