Moderators..please dont move this post somewhere else because i got some tech questions to go along...This car is in the private runs/streetraces section of the Timelapse 360 video dvd....2 guys hold this type R while he warms up his tires....the noise this motor makes is krazy....you could see people in back of the video covering there ears....If anyone has seen this dvd or this car...what mods did it have to make that much noise...it sounded like an import monster...and what wheels are those in the back of the car...Thanks!

hahaha that was a good one. but yeah id give the number a call. ive been to dnr over in hawyard and all the guys there are pretty cool and know what there doing. super friendly too. always sick imports there whenever i go. one night we were leaving some races around 2am and they were there working on cars. DNR=diehards

DNR/SVP always have had FAST cars. The reason why the car sounds soo insane is because they run it open header......motor is completely blue printed, custom work done through out the entire motor.....also, they can rev that R motor to 10k no problem and still be making power! Theyve been doing this for YEARS now!! as long as I can remember going to the street races back in '98! If you want specific details, then call them.....

DNR is the ****. Like they said, any time I have ever been to their shop there has been insane cars parked there. They had a few in Sacramento last year, mostly turbo cars I think. They had their little SOHC Civic running 11's.

 

Well ill answer the back wheel question, i believe those are rota grids, but rota makes copies of everything so check with someone

 

rota grids are copies of the volk te-37's---the wheels on the back of that car are subzeros...thats if they are even rotas

they are RacingHart CP-035's. a high dollar car like that would not be rockin rota's.

yeah...that sohc turbo is Eddy's. Eddy has been in the import scene since 95 when he first had his accord at all the import shows and rollin with jetspeed. He then joined up with svp, got his hatch, boosted the hell out of it and got in the 12's....then he made it his street/drag car instead of daily driver and then it broke 11's.....now this year, he's hopin for 10's Gotta give up for svp/dnr..hardcore racers
