no there are some issues with the 2 bolts at the bottom of the car not matching up with holes on the headers i tried to do a 92-93 headers on a 90-91 integra it doesn't fit right maybe with some modification you could get it to fit. hope it helps.

the o2 sensor are in different places but u can relocate it
