power window question

Default power window question



From the image above the stuff in the yellow circle is that stuff from our car originally or are we suppose to buy that. I have a 95 cx and any help would be great. The only wires i saw from the door to the dash/inside car is the two wires from the speakers, can anyone help me with this.

they might be up in the dash still there should be a rubber grommet in the door jam where they should pass through

i think i saw that little spot where the wire is suppose to pass through but i look everywhere under the dash, i look everywhere under the dash but just can't seem to find that plug, I even followed the two wires from the speakers to the dash but can't find nothing.
