does anyone know how much would it cost to install coilovers in the LA area?? because i found a place they charge $180 just for installation. i think that's kinda crazy. please let me know if you have any good recommendations. thanks

You might want to think of doing them yourself. Shops charge alot for labor so you could save yourself some money. And plus it is not very hard to do. JMO

 

hello there. for your question...just letting you know that you can get yours done for free. just do it yourself and save that $180 for something else. that way you can learn at the same time. if you have any problems with the installations...we are here to help and guide you. just an advice from a brother here

wait hold on....your from the bay area???what part??what are you doing down there in LA?? just incase you can't do the installation yourself...i'll charge you $20 plus a pack of cigarettes. but you have to come down to vallejo, ca. (from the bay area too)

thanks for the offers everyone. but i m in school now (santa barbara, near LA) so i have to do it in LA. i wish i have a garage here so i can do it myself

 

if you take it to a shop they will normally charge you30 to 50 a corner so you are better off doing it yourself

 

if your cars lowered then its real easy to do, also you dont need a garage a job like that maybe 3 hrs tops and im sure theres someone from the la area that will help you.
