Default 02 re-wire...i have a miss

i am dumb and when i put my motor in, i wired the 02 sensors together. well i fixed that today. i made sure they werent mixed up and i used some wire that was kind big, i dunno if that has anything to do with it. i checked the volts at the sensor and the PCM and a good reading of .48 - .52 volts. i have a good a/f ratio but when i did it i have a miss now.

also i have 2 lazy 02 sensors if that makes a diffrence. with the multimeter the volts were only jumping about once a second. (lazy)
a good o2 sensor will change 10 times in 5 seconds
