Default stock exhaust vs Vibrant muffler vs full catback

I'm doing a mild all motor build - one thing I have never modified for many reasons is my exhaust. I have a AEM CAI, blox IM, dc 4:1 and a test pipe with a stock catback. Now I'm using CTR pistons and cams.

Will the stock muffler be my bottle neck, or will i be ok? Would a freer-flowing muffler make a difference, or is a full catback the way to go?

the following question is based on the thread seen here - https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1146294

edit BTW i did try searching but all i seem to get are For Sale or WTB threads with no helpful info. Thanks.
