97 ecu chip
any one know were i can get 98 5th gen prelude SH chip (with no govener and vtec on 4500) give me some site's or some thing.

not sure of the best place to go but the best advice would be dont, u dont need vtec that low and u dont need to rev higher than 7600 and usdm p13's dont have a speed governor, if u want more power get a vafc and tune it
