Timing Belt Replacement

Does anyone know of a website that provides info on replacing the timing belt? I am also looking for the proper valve adjustment in a 1990 DOHC ZC engine. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The timing belt that you need to use is off of 89 prelude 2.0 dohc. I know from fist hand experience. That is what I run in mine.
