Default Different ECU's

I have a 90 Hf Crx and am planning for a d15b vtec to be put in. But am not sure which ecu to use, I read that i can use the p08 or a p28? I planned on going with the p28 but then I read about someone using the p08.. so whats the difference?

the p28 is obd1 so you will have to use obd1 dizz also then you will need to pruchase a obd-0 to obd-1 conversion harness

The P28 is specific to the USDM OBD-1 VTEC D16Z6, and the P08 is specific to the JDM OBD-1 VTEC D15B. The P08 also uses 1-wire O2 sensors, while the P28 looks for 4-wire heated O2s.
