Default question in difference between JDM H22 and US H22A4

There's a JDM H22 non Type-S sitting at a shop with the exhaust header on it... my question is is there any difference between the OBD-I (1995) H22 header and a 97 OBD-II that would be any benefit to me? If so I can swap... otherwise it obviously wouldn't be worth it. I have the oversized Type S slugs in mine and was looking for any cheap (IE> FREE) way to move maybe a touch more air.

The OBD-2 and OBD-1 prelude headers and the same only difference is the length of the piping is longer on the OBD-2, I think.
