Default so Im getting the car tuned in 2 days!

Setup:
h22a1
4in intake
skunk 2 IM
Type s pistons
skunk2 stage 1 cams
cam gears
prospeed header
2.5 in back
removed ps, ac, balancer shafts
VAFC2
Walbro fuel pump

I think thats pretty much it...... its being tuned on a mustang dyno.... last time I made 165 with stock motor plus intake and vafc.....so Im hoping for good gains....
will keep you posted......

But as of right now,,, the car drives like crap....it feels like it has no power since I have installed the cams 2 nights ago.....I think it may be leaning out alot, we'll see

I think the major fall back in my set right now is the Throttle body.. its stock and I need a bigger on !

Hope everything goes good.

heres a little pic of my motor with the header! I like myself.

Good luck getting it tuned. IMO you don't need the S2 IM, but other than that mods seem good.

BTW that header looks nice as hell.

I would love to get the specs on that header so I can just make one (more like have someone make it for me) for myself as I cant afford to pay these ridiculous prices.

If ya have em, let me know.

4in intake is quite large, but i guess is a good compliment to the S2 intake Manifold. Any pics of this intake?

well it looks like that the car wont be getting tuned after all. I was messing around with the cam gears being an idiot and got my finger basiclly ripped off while the engine was running yesterday, spent all day in the hospital... lost my finger nail, crushed the bone, and basically mutalated my right pointer....its sucks, and on top of that when I di it the car turned off,.... I checked to see if its was all in line last night...and it wasent so Im expecting the worst.....this really sucks....I have no money and cant even work on the car for a while.......Im bumbed.....to the max

That really sucks bc i really wanted to see your dyno. We have basically a identical setup except you have the type s pistons. From the looks of it looks like its time for a valvetrain.

did you ever get a baseline on the mustang before this dyno session? Just wondering what kind of increase you got with the new mods.

well im happy for you, but your numbers seem a bit low....my friend with the s2 intake mani and the prospeed header (stock block and cams) made 191 hp and 150 tq.....

either the mustang dyno is reading a bit low or you might have bent a few valves inside....

Yea 215 sounds about right for your setup. We have almost the same mods except you have the type s pistons. I made 208 whp with everything you have except the pistons. I think im gonna have to get some type s pistons when i swap the motor into my eg.

Mustang dynos read lower, but I don't think it's that much, maybe 10%. I pulled a 241/191 on a mustang dyno, add 30% to those numbers and you get 313/248. I don't think it's possible that I'm making that kind of power with 6lbs of boost and stock internals. Your 190 + 30% = 247
