sweet, glad to see an LS with some work done to it.

Video works, but would have rather seen your car on the dyno

What did you pay for the 403's, and what else do you have done?

Your car has a lot of potential, but I'd loose the wheels, wing, altezzas, and paint your valve cover black.

i bought the car with the wheels, wing, and altezza's. i took the liberty of makin it quicker before doin the looks. i hated the black valve cover so i just got bored and painted it one day.

With the work that youve done...
What do you think your car is capable on the Q/mile?

when i have the time im repainting and powder coating the cover. i'll lower it when i get the cash. it was either lower the car or put in the 403's and i dont give two ***** about how it looks right now. as long as it runs well i don't mind the looks. None of the tracks are open around here yet because of the weather so i can't get my 1/4 yet

why get rid of the wing? looks like a type r knockoff. and def. better than a gt wing.

back to the topic, those would probably be the same modifications i would be doing if i was going to keep my ls head. for non-vtec power.

idle isnt bad at all. it flexs a real small bit about every three or four seconds but its not very noticable. the 404's idle's are rougher but these arent to bad at all. When I first started it up the idle was pretty rough until the ecu reset but even after that it wasnt to great. When i got it tuned he evened the idle right out.

So with abotu 20% loss you are looking at about 166 BHP, not too bad at all.

How is the drive?? Powerband?....etc

I gotta give respect where it is due. Here is the list of people on here that have helped me through the whole thing...
Ridinlowhatch - for giving me the cams and springs at a great price!
hybrid_vtec - Information
sleepin91teg - Information
boosted_k20 - Information
boostedjeff - Information

you guys helped me a ton with this stuff and I can't thank you enough!

The drive is really nice. I didn't lose anything at the low end like expected. I actually gained around 4 horsepower through the lower-end. but the top end is great. When I hit around 4500 through 7k it runs through so much quicker.

and about the valve cover. didnt everybody's mom always tell them its the inner beauty that counts
