does anybody know how much a 96 hatch with a b18c would weigh? All sounded proofing is out, it has 2 kirkey aluminum seats up front, no seats in the back, all plastic from the doors back is out and no carpet or spare tire, carbon fiber hood and hatch, no a/c or p/s, lexan windows in the hatch and the two rear windows.....no bumper supports and rear disc conversion. I'm looking to get around 2000lbs, does anybody know if this will do it?

 

ur getting close. the stock one weighs about 2200. u can be nuts and remove all the sound deadening material. that will shave off like 15 lbs.

 

i already removed that ****, i put the carpet back in though to cover up the bare metal. It just looked like **** w/o the carpet. Where does it say the car weights 2200lbs, i know it says it on Civichatchback.com, but my buddy doesn't believe me that my car will around the same as his 88 crx SI.
