Default Valve upgrade with Crower 63402 cams

There is a debate on another forum where a member has fitted crower stage2 cams on his 96spec ITR(He doesnt know which number they are and we're just assuming theyre 63402's maybe 403's) and he has retained the stock valve train. I reckon he would adviseable for him to upgrade his valve train even though he has no immediate plans to up the rev limit.

Yes or No.

If he plans on revving it past stock then Yes, If the cams have more duration then Yes, If the cams are putting more stress, then yes.
