Side mirror hanging by a wire

my friend's 5th gen side mirror fell off and is hanging by a wire.
any suggestions??

bolt it back on

edit: and they don't fall off... they break off when you hit something. Its probably broken and needs to be replaced.

ya it got hit with a baseball, but how exactly would i bolt it back on

Um...it's fubar'd. Get a new one from the salvage yard and get it paintmatched.
