it all depends on your setup.. there really is NO BEST cam or gears for R's. All depends on tuning and managment. Toda B's are great, I have them, crower makes great cams.

You gotta do some research first man.

It also depends on how you plan to use the car. Do want high RPM horsepower (usually at the expense of mid-range torque); Mid-range torque (sometimes sacrificing high end horsepower); and last but not least, cost. Come to a decision on these issues, and know specifically what you want from the cams you intend to purchase. IMO the JUN 3's are the best all-around cam. The JUN 3's require higher than normal compression (12:1 +) to provide optimum power. The cost of the JUN cams plus the mandatory valve train upgrade can be prohibitive. Enjoy your research with the outstanding Honda-Tech search engine.

I have never heard of someone developing 200whp from stock cams, tuned or not. I would be very interested if you had a factual example of someone producing this kind of power from stock cams and stock internals.

Uh...no. I got a little carried away and forgot he said minor bolt-ons.

JDM CTR intake cam or Toda A spec. for minor bolt-ons.
