chirping the tires
chirping the tires means exactly what it says. when you hear that chirp from your front wheels, you're chirping your tires.
you can do this in first gear, when you give the car too many revs, then just drop the clutch.
Or when running your car to redline when you shift 1-2 fast enough you should beable to "chirp" your tires. if your car has enough power, you can actually chirp the 2-3 shift =D

chirping the tires is often reffered to as during spirited driving, when you upshift and your tires "chirp" upon engagement into the next gear.

1-2 is fairly easy, but I wouldn't recommend it because it's not good for the clutch.
