Not all, but most Acuras and Hondas have a +45mm offset. However, while the offset may be the same, the wheel diameters are usually different, which changes where the spokes lie on the wheel. Case-in-point: The 2001 Integra Type-R wheels you inquire about are 15" x 6" and come with 195/55-15 tires. Your 2004 Civic Si comes with 16" x 6.5" wheels and 205/55-16 tires. Even if the offsets between the wheels you are interested in swapping with were the same, other determining factors as to whether or not the wheel will fit is, the "center bore" and caliper size.
OEM wheels come with a pre-set center bore that is made to rest on the car's hub perfectly. The center bore on the '01 Integra Type-R and '04 Civic Si are probably different. For example, Accords and Civics have the same 45+mm offset, but different center bores.
To satisfy the mass, aftermarket companies usually make wheels with multi-holes and a large center bore (that come with "center rings") to allow that wheel (which was never meant to be on your car) make you believe that it does. A wheel is supposed to rest on the center hub, but many aftermarket wheels put the stress on the studs instead.
Going back to your original question, the Integra Type-R wheels you are interested in will probably not fit your '04 'Civic Si.
