What kind of rim is this? Racing Hart?
It look like some kind of rare Racing Hart rim, but I'm not sure. If they are racing hart rims, I'm gonna trade my ITR rims for them. Please let me know.

I'd keep the ITR's. The rim you have pictured is an often copied design, one I don't think Racing Hart used. They look very similar to Seneca's made by Kosei.
