99 Si DC 4-2-1 Header on my integra RS... any gains ?

A friend of mine is offering to sell me the DC 4-2-1 header off his 99 Si to put on my 96 integra RS manual.... does anyone know if I would see any gains from this part? He's selling it used for 50+ shipping and I know its in good shape.

Would this part even fit on my car or would the install be a PITA?

EDIT: All I currently have is a K&N dropin filter as of now and the car is a 5speed.

I'm not even sure it will bit on a b18. b16s have shorter deck heights than b18s. someone may want to confirm that a b16 header will fit before you buy it.

yeah that's exactly what I was wondering..... can anyone confirm that it would fit?
