Default Which company to use for Valvetrain on h22?

Im lookin at Doing a full Valvetrain upgrade on my h22a4. I already had a fully built head using all Crower Components, but I dont know If I should use them again. The other options are Skunk2, Jun and I Comp Cams. I was talkin to on of my friends and he said that I should piece together my own kit. I however believe that companies like Crower and Skunk2 design their products to work with their own products the best. When Crower developed their Turbo cams, I highly doubt that they had Skunk2 springs and retainers in their R&D head. What size vavles do you think I should get? I was gonna go with .5mm over stock. I was also told not to get Titianium retainer because they will crack. What do you guys think I should do. Im partial to a full Crower kit but I would like all of your input.
