noob tranny question i know =((
basically, my 3rd - 5th gears are grinding, pretty significantly.... i was thinking of just getting a new tranny (151k miles on my 92 prelude now), since this is the original, and never rebuilt. anyway, what tranny do i need? and should i get a usdm or jdm one? thanks

If it is only your 3rd and 5th gears than it is most likely your syncros in those gears. 151k miles doesn't seem like that much to me(for a honda) to need a tranny replacement but oh well. If you can swing it, an lsd tranny would probably be your best bet.
