Type r 5 lug suspension

I was just curious...If i were to put a 5 lug conversion on a civic hatchback, do i need to get type r shocks anc coils to drop the car or do i just get the regular shocks and coils for the civic?

depends if u get the Lower Control Arms or not. if u get itr LCA u will need itr shocks.
