I am about to get black leathers (front and rear) for my GSR. Just a quick question and need someone to confirm, the rails on the cloth seats ARE THE SAME as the leather seats.
I know it sounds dumb but it's better to be sure than sorry.

i just sold my seats/rails (off my 2001 gsr)the seats are leather, i sold it to a guy with a 98 gsr who had cloth seats....straight bolt in. i watched him do it. so no worries.

But then you sold the seat and rails so it should not be a problem. Does it always come with rails?
I need to contact the seller then. If not, are they the SAME rails.

Yup, that bastard sold me his seats. The rails are the same, as are the Civic's, etc, etc, etc. But all G3 Teg Seats/Rails are the exact same so don't worry about that. The one thing you'll need to do is unplug/plug the harness in the driver side seat for the seatbelt. Other than that it's easy. BTW, IM jl74 about those things you were selling if you get a chance.

 

their a direct bolt in... after my 95 leather seats (and car) got stolen and recovered.. i bought 98 leahter seats because of the side controls and supposedly softer leather and the wrinkled stitch look.. they bolted right in... after you undo the bolts there is a clip/harness on the bottom for your seatbelt indicator.. make sure you undo that...

the asses that stole my seats just ripped it out.. so i had to get a new wiring and harness too..
