JDM d15b n aftermarket d1b7

I was wondering if the internal aftermarket of the d15b7 would fit into d15b for example piston and rods.

No. The JDM D15B uses D15Z1 (VX) rods and D16Z6 (EX, Si) Pistons. The D15B7 has different rods and pistons from the JDM D15B.
