JDM FE
Know this topic has been extensively discussed, but still I must ask.
For $1300. I can get rad support, hood, fenders, lights (non-hid), bumper (mugen lip)
This is used, straight off the boat, no damage, just needs paint. Would you guys say this is about the going rate or should I look harder?

dude, for 1300 you are buying used parts. You cant even buy Brand New USDM parts for that cheap.
For Brand new parts you are looking at 2500-3000 for just the parts. Paint and installation an additional.
If you do not want to deal with damaged scratched body panels, I suggest you buy them new. All used JDM body panels will have some minor dents and scratches, there is almost no avoiding it unless you buy it off of someone who just took it off their car.
What you can do if you want to get more "value" for your money is to buy the parts separately, buy used body panels, fenders, Hood, bumper, bumper support, and Rad support. Buy the headlights New, cause this is one of the few things you cannot "paint over" and major of the used headlights are "F*cked"
If you buy a used Rad support i suggest you change only the T-Bar section, otherwise buy a new one and swap the whole thing but is more time consuming and a lot more troublesome.
Finally make sure you get someone with Body Shop experience cause if you install the rad support Crooked, you will end up with a "Crooked" frontend.
