I saw it at the giant car wash in town just before you get on 291. Just from driving by I could see it basically was JDM stock (front end, red recaros) and it still had the USDM wheels. I made a U to come back and say hey, but it was gone by then.

Your's is a 98 CW. Either stock with lowering springs and an intake, or lowered, cf hood, and JRSC....

 

Nope. Pretty much a bone stock 97. Just a few bolt ons.

 

Hmm.. How long ago did you buy it? I've only seen 2 ITR's sold here in the past couple of years, both the ones I described.
