what oil for turbo d16 ? (Castrol .V.s. Royal Purple)

hello sons...

i would like to know what oil do you think will be better for a turbod d16?

Royal Purple 10W-40
OR
Castrol magnatec 10W-40

either one ... put cooking oil and it should work as well

Oil is oil IMO.

I've run synthetic...waste of $.

I run 5w-30 Valvoline non-synthetic for my car for the last 1.5 yrs, 10w-30 in the winter.

I also haven't changed my oil in 7 months
