Default how is it that my ingall camber kit is stopped from moving once bolted in?

I understand how to bolt my camber kit into my 94 civic SI. I also understand how making the off center hole in the camber kit will allow for adjustment of the camber angle. But how is the camber kit stopped from moving once bolted into the car. I got the kit off another car. I'm hoping that they didn't leave out a part or something. Is it simply just he bolts that hold it in are enough to stop it from moving? also its hard to adjust once in the car. What tool do i use to adjust it with once put in?

if it is the one i'm thinking of, that bolt to the upper a arm, you tightened the bolts in the middle that will prevent it from moving. they are kinda difficult to work with once they are installed. opened end wrenches usually do the trick, as far as adjusting them.
